Interpretive Structural Modeling: Research Trends, Linkages to Sustainable Development Goals, and Impact of COVID-19

Interpretive structural modeling (ISM) is widely used to understand the complex connections between different components. This study presents a bibliometric overview of ISM research, with focus on its linkages Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and impact COVID-19. The analyzed 1988 publications published 2012 2021, which 1202 were directly mapped SDGs 59 related identified key authors, institutions, countries, journals involved in research their SDGs. results showed that strongly linked SDG 12 (on responsible consumption production) 9 industry, innovation, infrastructure). We also influential basis centrality measures such as betweenness eigenvector. top four countries contributing India, China, United Kingdom, States. most frequently cited Benchmarking: An International Journal, Sustainability, Journal Modelling Management, Cleaner Production. Four main clusters including (1) integration AHP fuzzy logic for promoting sustainability alignment, (2) ISM-based strategy development various stakeholders, (3) decision-making fields, (4) risk evaluation.
